PREPARATION: Soak Being Desi Vermicelli in cold water for 1 minute and drain the water.Steam cook the soaked millet vermicelli in idly pan for 3 minutes. Take 2teaspoon full of edible oil in Frying pan and add mustard, green gram, onion,green chilies, salt and masalas as per your taste and add steamedvermicelli in it and stir well with sauces to get your desired dish. Itcan also be used to make sweet dish like kheer etc.
